Every order is an expression of feelings for our clients and we handle feelings with utmost care and make them as unique as possible. You can post or email us your photos or you can visit us at our studio. Only after your approval we will execute production of the order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO MAKE MY ORDER?
Your personalised product can take anywhere from 2-7 days to execute.Products like wrappers and laebls can be made in a day whereas quilts and lamps may take upto a week, If a rush service is needed, please email us and let us know and we wil try and accommodate your request.

CAN YOU FIX MY PHOTOGRAPHS?
Most photographs which need some color correction will be color corrected, meaning if they are faded or worn out, the color will be restored to the best state possible. Minor restoration can be performed to damaged photographs.

WHICH PICTURES CAN I USE IN MY PHOTO PRODUCT?
Selection of photographs is very important, as the better the raw material, the better the outcome. We can scan hard copies as well as use digital camera and original phone photographs. Whatsapp and Facebook photographs are not prefered but can be used in some products. One should try and select bright and sharp photographs. Blurry photographs are difficult to work with. Faded photos can still be color corrected to some extent. Larger photographs contain more detail, therefore, will produce a nicer final output.
You can also send in certificates, paintings, invitations, cards, maps, tickets etc to be added in.

CAN MY COLLAGE BE USED AS A SIGN-IN BOARD?
A sign board is made by simply adding a 4" - 6" white border to the outside of the collage. Before the event, have the collage mounted and placed on an easel. Afterwards, place in a frame under glass and it will look terrific! This will allow hundreds of signatures and well-wishes to be gifted in a single go!

WILL MY ORIGINAL PHOTOGRAPHS BE HARMED?
Your photographs will be returned to you as you had given them at the time of the placing the order. They WILL NOT be harmed in any manner.

HOW DO YOU DELIVER THE ORDER?
Once we have your product is ready, you can pick it up from our studio or for a nominal charge we courier it to your postal address (national & international).

CAN I WASH MY CUSHION/PILLOW/QUILT COVER ?
YES, our products are hand washable with a light detergent. Some colours however are only drycleaned. We give washing instructions card along with the product.

You can pay by cash, cheque or a bank transfer. We will soon have an online payment facility as well. .
